Silver Alert issued for Water Jones

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has activated a Silver Alert for Walter Earl Jones.
MBI has issued the alert on behalf of the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department.
Walter Earl Jones of Vossburg, Miss., was last seen on Saturday, Aug. 22, at about 6:30 p.m. in the 5200 block of County Road 8 in Jasper County, walking in an unknown direction. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray shorts, and slippers.
Family members say he suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
