Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce has announced Russell Sumrall as the winner of the 2026 Entrepreneur Bootcamp Business Plan Competition.

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce has announced Russell Sumrall as the winner of the 2026 Entrepreneur Bootcamp Business Plan Competition.
Sumrall is the owner of Elite Disposal, LLC.
Chamber representatives said he impressed judges with his business pitch, vision, and entrepreneurial drive.
Along with claiming bragging rights, he also walked away with a $1,500 Business Plan Competition Grant to support the next steps for Elite Disposal, LLC.
