Part I of “A Little Bit of Everything, but Not Much of Nothing” debuts at The Strand Theater on Sunday, March 24

The live production, which is loosely based on a series of early R&B and pop-soul songs from the 1950s and 1960s, features a talented cast of performers.

The storyline involves a character named Uncle John who appears in the fictional Judge Le Right’s courtroom to face shocking allegations. As he pleads his case, the audience will enjoy a few laughs and giggles in between song and dance performances.

The cast members are mostly from Vicksburg.

Dion McGloster stars as Judge Le Right and Markeith Burks marks his first stage performance as “Uncle John.” Rounding out the lineup of actors, singers and dancers are veteran performers Charlie Tubbs IIII and Melanie Sanders who make a brief cameo appearance.

Sanders is also co-producer of the show along with Toni Terrett, writer, producer, and director.

Showtimes are 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite or at 2000 & Beyond Barbershop in the Vicksburg Mall.
