Claiborne County Native Damion Miller Joins Alcorn State Football
Claiborne County, Miss. – Claiborne County, Mississippi native Damion Miller is now playing football at Alcorn State University. Miller confirmed to the Vicksburg Daily News that he committed just shortly after the 2024 football season.
In 2024 Miller spent his freshman season at the University of Southern Mississippi. In high school, he played at Port Gibson High under Head Coach Harry Brown
Bio:
High School: Prepped at Port Gibson High School, where he was a first-team Class 3A all-state pick. Caught 26 passes for 511 yards and eight touchdowns. Added 11 tackles, with two interceptions and one pass breakup. Played in the Mississippi/Alabama All-Star game, in which he registered a tackle, and the Bernard Blackwell Football Classic. Also was a member of the track and field team. Personal: Majoring in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship).
