Adrianna Gaines helped Jefferson County to a win against Wesson

Fayette, Miss.-Adrianna Gaines helped the Jefferson County High School girls’ basketball team to a win over Wesson High School on Monday night. The Lady Tigers took home the 45-35 win to improve their record to 5-7 on the year. 

Gaines led Jefferson County with 20 points on the board. Charve Gibson and Dai’Yondra also contributed heavily to the win as they scored 11 and 7 points, respectively.

For Wesson, Ella Logan was the only player who scored in double digits as she finished with 12. Jacey Shannon put up five points and Brianna Dixon added four.

Jefferson County High School will host a big game on Friday when they play Port Gibson.
