Dawson Brown(Tallulah, La) commits to Centenary College of Louisiana basketball
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Dawson Brown, a Madison High School (Tallulah, Louisiana) basketball player, has committed to Centenary College of Louisiana. Brown announced his decision on social media Monday night.
Brown has been a standout for the Jaguars over the past several seasons. In 2026, he helped Madison High School reach the state championship game, finishing with a 29-5 record. During the postseason, he averaged 18.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
In the semifinals, Brown delivered a standout performance against Green Oaks, scoring 20 points to lead Madison to a 49-46 victory.
