Lady Eagles crushed Prairie View Academy on Saturday

Porter’s Chapel Academy girl’s basketball team dominated on Saturday night, securing a resounding 74-31 victory against Prairie View Academy.
Jae’la Smith had a special performance, particularly in the first half, where she scored 19 of her total 33 points. PCA (12-0) established a commanding lead of 35-17 by halftime. Smith further showcased her skills by
achieving a triple-double, accumulating 10 rebounds and 10 steals alongside her impressive scoring. Lauren Madison also put in a commendable performance, securing
10 rebounds and contributing 18 points. Sophie Masterson played an integral role, scoring 17 points and grabbing nine rebounds. Marley Bufkin contributed four points, while Audrey
Caraway added two points to round out PCA’s well-rounded performance.
PCA Junior High:
In PCA Junior High, the Lady Eagles
triumphed with a 22-18 victory. Emily
Muirhead led the team with an outstanding 14 points. Mia Abdo made a significant contribution with six points, while
Jaden Chapin finished with two points to contribute to the overall victory.
