Mural Artist Honors Vicksburg Native Who Was Killed in Milwaukee
A muralist in Milwaukee created a piece of artwork in honor of Vicksburg native Sade Robinson who was murdered a few months ago. Muralist Ruben Alcantar wrapped up the project last Thursday and it is located at the Pizza Shuttle (1827 N. Farwell Avenue) in Milwaukee where Robinson used to work.
“I just wanted to do something for the community. I know you guys loved her,” Alcantar told Fox6.
It took four days for Alcantar to finish this project that will forever be remembered.
Back in April, 19-year-old Robinson was killed and dismembered after going on a date with Maxwell Anderson. He also dumped her body parts across Milwaukee and attempted to cover up his crime by messaging her the next morning after the murder.
Maxwell has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and arson of property other than a building. His trial is scheduled for December.
