Reminder: Let’s Get Ready for Our Adventure Health Fair To Be Held at the Vicksburg Warren County Library at 1 pm Today

Vicksburg, MS – Excel by 5 and United Way of West Central Mississippi announce “Let’s Get Ready for Our Adventure,” a health fair focused on community health and wellness. The event will take place at the Warren County Public Library on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 12:45 PM to 6:30 PM.

The health fair will feature interactive Health Fair Hubs. Topics include child safety, developmental milestones, parenting classes, education, healthy eating, and local adventures. These hubs will offer valuable information and hands-on activities for children and parents.

Special Guests and Activities

• Ed Said from Mississippi Public Broadcast: Learn about healthy eating and active living in a fun, interactive way.
• Move to Learn: Participate in physical activities that promote movement and learning.
• Smoothie Bike from Alcorn State University: Kids can create their own nutritious smoothies by pedaling the smoothie bike.

Each child will receive a free book and other goodies, ensuring they leave with lasting memories and valuable resources.
