SCHC to host line dance party
It’s that time this month to kick up your heels at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center’s Line Dance Party in the SCHC Auditorium.
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — It’s that time this month to kick up your heels at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center’s Line Dance Party in the SCHC Auditorium, at the corner of Crawford and Cherry Streets.
Get ready for a night of toe-tappin’, boot scootin’ fun. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just learning the steps, the party is the perfect place to move, groove, and have fun with friends.
There will be a variety of line dances of all styles including country, soul, and pop. Also there will be a few mixers.
The center hopes to see you on the dance floor. The dance party will be held Saturday, August 15, 2026. There will be a dance tutorial from 6-7 p.m. and the dance party from 7-9:30 pm. The cost is $10 per person. There will be a cash bar and concessions available.
