Tallulah Academy Releases 2025 Softball Schedule

TALLULAH, La.(VDN) – The Tallulah Academy Lady Trojans have announced their 2025 softball schedule as they look to build on last season’s 15-13-1 record. The team will open the season at home on July 28 against cross-river rival St. Aloysius, with the junior varsity playing at 4:30 p.m. and varsity following at 6 p.m.

The Lady Trojans’ 2024 season featured several key wins over opponents such as Delta Academy, Claiborne Academy, Riverdale, River Oaks Academy, and Wilkinson County Christian Academy. This year, the squad aims to carry that momentum into a schedule stacked with familiar foes and competitive tournaments.

After opening at home, Tallulah will travel to Benton Academy on July 29 before competing in the PVA Tournament on August 1–2. Other notable matchups include home-and-away games against River Oaks, Briarfield, and Humphreys Academy. The team will also compete in the St. Aloysius Tournament on August 9.

District action ramps up in September with a two-game series against Tensas Academy and late-season matchups against Manchester and River Oaks.

The regular season will conclude on September 23 with an away game at River Oaks. With a full slate of games and a talented returning roster, the Lady Trojans are looking to make a strong run this season.

The schedule includes a mix of home and road games, giving fans plenty of opportunities to support Tallulah Academy throughout the 2025 campaign.
