Warren Central High School football players Javid Scott and Xavier Jackson both rushed for over 100 yards and scored two touchdowns each in the Vikings’ 49-21 win over Ridgeland.
Scott finished the game with 112 rushing yards on nine carries. He scored two touchdowns on runs of 30 and 1 yard. Scott now has 374 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on the season.
Jackson also had an impressive performance, rushing for 105 yards on six carries. He scored two touchdowns on runs of 4 and 1 yard. Jackson now has 510 rushing yards and nine touchdowns this season.
The Vikings will return to action Friday when they host Greenville.
