VHS to host their annual Cancer Strikeout Tournament on Saturday

VICKSBURG, Miss.—Vicksburg High School will host their annual Cancer Strikeout Tournament on Saturday. The tournament will begin at 9:45 a.m. where the Missy Gators will host Yazoo City.

VHS, Yazoo City, Brookhaven, Yazoo County, and Riverside will all be in attendance for this event. The proceeds will go to someone who is suffering from cancer.

Last night’s game:

Last night, the Missy Gators hosted Florence and fell short 15-10. The game remained tight throughout the night.

Harmony Harris hit two doubles and went 3 for 4 with two RBIs. Zion Harvey hit a double and went two for two with two RBIs. MaKynzie Dunmore hit a double(2 RBIs) while Trinity McGloster, Avery VanNorman, Shandrea Lockridge(1 RBI), Camden McGloster(1 RBI), and Lili Kister all had one hit.
