Vikings rout Canton 15-0 after scoring 10 runs in third inning
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Warren Central High School’s baseball team rolled past Canton 15-0 on senior night, putting the game away in three innings behind a 10-run third inning.
Caden Cole was perfect at the plate, going 3-for-3 with two RBIs. Justin Greer finished 2-for-2 with a double, a triple and two RBIs, while Triston Jamison went 2-for-2 with three RBIs.
Charlie Roberts and Trace Hood each added a triple in the win. Roberts drove in one run, and Hood finished with two RBIs. Jacob Kealhofer also recorded a hit.
On the mound, Nathaniel Moore threw a no-hitter, striking out six batters in the dominant performance.
Warren Central will host Brandon on Saturday at 12 p.m.
