Vicksburg, Miss.-Another great season came to an end for the Warren Central High School boys’ soccer as they came up short in the North State Championship. The Vikings took a 2-0 loss to Center Hill last night to end their season with an 18-3-2.

“I’m proud of the boys and the season we had,” WC Head Coach Greg Head said. “You take away those 2 errors and 2 goals then we would’ve won this game.” They all gave 110% all the way until the end.”

Center Hill got on the board early in the first half and again in the second half to put the game away.

The Vikings reached North State for the second consecutive time, and they will lose five seniors this year, with multiple athletes returning next season.
