WC Volleyball Claimed Victory in Three Sets Against VHS on Thursday

Warren Central High School volleyball team defeated Vicksburg High in three sets (25-11,25-16,25-17) on Thursday night.

Melissa Herrle had 17 attacks with 11 going for a kill,13 serves, 6 of those were aces and she had 16 assists. Defensively she added 9 digs and a solo block. Ka’ryn Henderson had 8 kills on 13 attacks and added 6 assists. Ellie Tennison had 5 aces and KK Kelly had 9 assists to add to the offense for the night. KeKe McKay led the teams in digs and receptions while Arrionna Jenkins had 2 blocks and 3 kills.

For VHS, MaKynzie Dunmore and Amari Johnson both had three digs each while Kennedy Mullins finished with six and Jordan Grace added five.

WC will travel to play St. Al on Tuesday, and VHS will travel to Neshoba Central.
