17-year-old missing out of Warren County

On October 17, 2023 Quincy Peoples was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the area of Buck Street and Grove Street in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He was reportedly wearing
khaki pants, blue shirt, and black socks. Quincy is described as a black male, 17 years of age. He is 5’8 and weighs approximately 140 Ibs.

Quincy is tattooed in the neck area (the back of, as well as the right and left sides of his neck).
