Vicksburg High School basketball player Davian Willams has now surpassed 1,000 career points.

Williams, a senior point guard, surpassed 1,000 points last month in December against Florence. He is the lead scorer for the Gators as he is averaging 23.4 points per game, five assists and five rebounds.

VHS currently has a 16-4 record under Head Coach Kelvin Carter where they are ranked in the top 10, according ting SBLive.
