Warren Central High School’s talented point guard, Gaylon Turner Jr., recently celebrated a remarkable achievement.

As a senior on the Vikings basketball team under the guidance of Head Coach Keith Williams, Turner has successfully surpassed 1,000 career points. Last night, a joyous celebration took place during halftime of the Lady Vikes’ basketball game to honor this
momentous accomplishment.

This season, Turner has been consistently averaging over 20 points per game, showcasing his exceptional skills on the court. His outstanding performance has not gone unnoticed, as he has already signed on to play for East Central Community College next
year. With his dedication and talent, Turner is undoubtedly set to make a significant impact in the world of college basketball.
