Be part of the art: Hipstoric Art Fest seeking volunteers

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Vicksburg Hipstoric Art Festival is seeking volunteers to help with its inaugural three-day art show in downtown Vicksburg, Sept. 26–28.

The free event will feature more than 30 artists and makers showcasing a variety of styles and mediums.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting with setup, artist check-in, booth sitting, children’s activities, guest information and other tasks. Service hours will be available.

The Vicksburg Hipstoric Art Festival is presented by the Vicksburg Art Association, a nonprofit organization that has promoted and celebrated the arts and local artisans for more than 40 years.
