Zeta Phi Beta awards four local students with Patricia J. Scott Scholarships
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Nu Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., has awarded four $750 Patricia J. Scott Scholarships to local high school graduates. The recipients, pictured from left to right, are ShaKyla Howard, Gracie Davis, Jannah Archer and Kelie Brown.
Davis, a graduate of River City Early College, now attends the University of South Alabama. She is a member of Kappa Delta and is majoring in radiology.
Howard graduated from Port Gibson High School and is currently enrolled at Jackson State University, where she is majoring in biomedical engineering.
Brown, also a graduate of River City Early College, attends the University of Southern Mississippi. She is majoring in biomedical sciences.
Archer, a fellow River City Early College graduate, is attending the University of Southern Mississippi as well, where she is majoring in nursing.
The chapter presented the scholarships as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting academic excellence and community service among local students.
