Man indicted for stealing steaks at Super Junior

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — 

A Warren County man has been indicted for stealing steaks from Super Junior.

Walter Lee Hardy was initially arrested on a third-offense shoplifting charge, which is a felony in Mississippi.

According to the indictment, he was previously arrested in 1995 for felony shoplifting and was convicted and sentenced to five years in prison. He was also convicted again in 2022 on a separate shoplifting charge and received another five-year prison sentence.

Hardy is now being charged as an habitual offender due to this being his third felony shoplifting arrest.

The Warren County District Attorney’s Office is now handling the case following the indictment.
