An interview with Alderwoman Bailey on the state of the city

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Ward 2 Alderwoman Vickie Bailey sat down with Stephanie Cunningham and David Day of the Vicksburg Daily News for a wide-ranging interview.

The Alderwoman had no prior knowledge of the topic or the questions to be asked and was told that, once we started, the video would roll continuously until we were done. The topics included city finances, recreation, public works, crime, street litter, city work crews, and other issues facing the city.
