Alec was born on October 10, 1996, in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He attended Warren Central High School, where he graduated in 2015. Alec attended Broadmoor Baptist Church and enjoyed his work at Neil-Schaffer Engineering. He enjoyed the outdoors and found great happiness in hunting and fishing. He also cherished spending time with his friends and family, creating lasting memories with those closest to him, especially his girlfriend, Jordan Carter, and her family.
He is survived by his parents, Angela and Mark Presley, and Jay and Karen Kitchens; his stepbrothers, Ethan Childers and Evan Childers; his greatest friend and brother, Alex Stevens; his girlfriend, Jordan Carter; his grandmothers, Linda Bass Way and Helen Magruder; his aunt and uncle, Kim and Peter Barilaro; his aunt, Karen Way; his uncle, Adam Way; and his cousin, Eli Way, along with many other cousins, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Wren Way; his great-grandparents, Ray Bass and his wife, Ruth Bass; his uncle, Jeff Robinson; and his grandparents, Jean and Gene Presley.
A chapel service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, at Glenwood Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Eli Way, Alex Stevens, Zach Thorne, Kyle Murphy, Jimbo Halford, Josh Lieberman, Conner Hughey, Bo Morrissey and Blake Boleware.
Alec will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
