VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Pamela Grey Johnson passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026 in Vicksburg, Miss. She was 70 years old.
Johnson was born in Yazoo City, Miss., on January 21, 1956 to Hyram Grey and Lois Helen Martin Grey. She moved to Vicksburg in 1979, where she worked at Grand Gulf Power Station. In her spare time, she enjoyed photography and was an active member in the Order of the Eastern Star.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Braswell. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Johnson and her sister, Dawn Grey.
A graveside service was held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026 at Wesson City Cemetery in Wesson, Miss. Bro. Tim Mowdy officiated.
