PCA takes a loss to Franklin Academy
Porter’s Chapel Academy lost to Franklin Academy 50-26, dropping their season record to 2-5. Myles Randle and Lakeland Pecanty led the team with strong performances despite ongoing injuries. PCA will next face Wilkinson County Christian Academy.

Porter’s Chapel Academy suffered a 50-26 loss to Franklin Academy as the Eagles continued to battle through multiple injuries.
The loss dropped PCA to 2-5 on the season, with several players currently sidelined due to injuries.
Myles Randle led the Eagles on the ground with 148 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Randle found the end zone on runs of 32 and 68 yards.
Lakeland Pecanty also had a strong performance, rushing for 122 yards and two touchdowns. He scored on runs of 15 and 22 yards.
Pecanty made an impact on the defensive side of the ball as well, leading PCA with 11 tackles and an interception.
Grayson Price finished with four tackles, including two sacks, while Carson Hays recorded six tackles and one sack.
Porter’s Chapel will look to bounce back next week when the Eagles travel to face Wilkinson County Christian Academy.
