16-year-old identified in fatal Vicksburg shooting
A 16-year-old, Henry Trisby III, was identified as the victim in a fatal shooting at New Main Apartments in Vicksburg. The suspect, 13-year-old Kingston Holly, is wanted for questioning as the investigation continues.

A 16-year-old who died after being shot Friday night at New Main Apartments in Vicksburg has been identified as Henry Trisby III. He was pronounced deceased by Deputy Coroner Daryl Carson. His family has been notified.
Trisby was shot twice Friday evening at the apartment complex, located at 2727 Alcorn Drive.
Vicksburg police responded to the shooting around 8:12 p.m. and found Trisby suffering from two gunshot wounds. He later died from his injuries.
The Vicksburg Police Department identified 14-year-old Kingston Holly as the suspect in the shooting. Holly is currently wanted for questioning.
Preliminary information from police indicates Trisby was shot by a 14-year-old male. Investigators are continuing to gather information and determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Anyone with information regarding Holly’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Vicksburg Police Department.
The shooting remains under investigation, and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
Update: The 14 year old has been taken into custody.
