Ashton Saleh commits to Mississippi Delta CC
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Ashton Saleh, a Warren Central High School football standout, has committed to continue his athletic career at Mississippi Delta Community College. Saleh announced his decision over the weekend through social media, marking the next step in his football journey.
Saleh played tight end for the Vikings, where he earned a reputation as a physical and aggressive blocker at the line of scrimmage. His efforts were a key part of an offense that produced 1,494 passing yards and 3,509 rushing yards during the season. His blocking ability helped create opportunities for both the running and passing games, contributing to the team’s overall offensive balance.
The Vikings finished the 2025 season with a 12-2 record and captured a state championship, with Saleh playing an important supporting role throughout the year. His consistency and toughness were valued assets for Warren Central’s offensive unit.
An official signing date has not yet been announced for Saleh.
