BOS releases agenda ahead of Tuesday’s meeting

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Due to Marten Luther King Jr. Day, the Warren County Board of Supervisors have shifted the next meeting to Tuesday, Jan. 20.

The proposed agenda is as follows:

• Approve adding Maurice Edwards to the Road Department payroll effective 1/18/26

• Approve Contractor Pay Application #5 on the Riverfront Park Project forWildstone Construction Services, LLC in the amount of $174,009.05 andauthorize the President to sign
• Approve Variance Request for Mella Wilson property on Riley Road for 8.65acres out of PPIN 14624

• Accept and approve quote from Business Furniture Solutions for Parks &Recreation Furniture in the amount of $25,744.43
•  Approve and authorize Board President to sign Workday Change Order

• Ratify Board President’s signature for Veteran Service Affairs Monthly Activity report
• Approve and authorize Board President to sign Change Order Request OCO-1 for Red Laser Technology in the amount of $9,585 for installation of network equipment for new jail
• Approve and authorize Board President to sign Change Order Request OCO-2 for McInnis Systems in the amount of $8,939.54 for installation of fiber and data drop for new jail
• Approve Resolution updating our Flexible Spending Plan increasing the Healthcare FSA maximum election to $3,400.00, and the Dependent Care FSA maximum election is $7,500.00
