Cannon Toyota and Honda earn JD Power Dealer of Excellence
JD Power Dealer of Excellence Program recognizes dealerships nationwide for their outstanding sales experience, distinguishing them as high performers within the retail automotive marketplace.
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg and Cannon Honda announce they have each been certified by JD Power as a 2026 Dealer of Excellence for providing an outstanding sales experience. They are the only dealerships in Mississippi to be certified.
According to jdpower.com, the JD Power Dealer of Excellence Program recognizes dealerships nationwide for their outstanding sales experience, distinguishing them as high performers within the retail automotive marketplace.
Certified dealers are held to high objective standards, limiting those who qualify to the top 2%-3% of all dealers nationwide.“Our team is passionate about providing excellence in sales and service of new and pre-owned vehicles,” said Owner Michael Joe Cannon of Cannon Motors. “We’re proud that Billy and his teams at our Vicksburg Toyota and Honda dealerships have been recognized for living this out.”

JD Power 2026 Dealer of Excellence Program recognizes top-performing sales satisfaction retailers who meet or exceed JD Power sales standards and best practices. These standards are derived from our annual JD Power Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) study, which measures the voice of customer feedback from approximately 30,000 new vehicle purchasers annually.
