VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — David Lee Kelly, Jr., a native of Vicksburg, passed away Monday, Nov. 10, in Indianola, Miss., following a brief illness. He was 59. Funeral arrangements are incomplete with W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home in charge.
