Deceased woman found in Hinds County has been identified

A woman who was found dead over the weekend in Hinds County has been identified.

Joy Marie Foster, 33, of Pelahatchie has been identified as the deceased. She was found in the roadway on Terry Road near Lebanon Pine Grove Road at around 4:00 a.m.

This case is under investigation by the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office and the cause of Foster’s death is unknown at this time.
