Dinosaurs Around the World: The Great Outdoors Exhibit opens tomorrow, June 8 at the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science



The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science will open up it’s Dinosaurs Around the World Exhibit: The Great Outdoors. The exhibit will run through January 5, 2025. Admission to the exhibit is included with museum admission or Mississippi Museum of Natural Science Foundation Membership.

In this specially constructed indoor and outdoor version of the popular Dinosaurs Around the World exhibition, you will be whisked back in time on a dinosaur adventure to before the continents as we know them existed.

With 11 advanced animatronic dinosaurs, a multi-layered narrative, cutting-edge research, in an outdoor environment surrounded by nature, the Age of Reptiles will be brought back to life.

Grab your prehistoric passport to Pangea and see animatronic dinosaurs such as the mighty T. rex of North America, the bi-pedal predator Herrerasaurus, one of the first dinosaurs to appear on Earth, the bizarre, bony-crested Oviraptor from Mongolia, and more.
