Summer Vibes BBQ Contest set for July 25
Experience delicious BBQ at the Summer Vibes BBQ contest! Watch master chefs compete for a cash prize in Vicksburg.
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Summer Vibes BBQ Contest is set for Saturday July 25, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The event will be held at the Vicksburg City Pavillion, 100 Army Navy Drive in Vicksburg. The event is touted to be a vibe and great family fun.
The best in BBQ masters in the area will show what they got, be judged and the winner will be rewarded with a $100 cash prize.
The judging line up includes Fallah, a food influencer; Romanita Taylor, Taylr’d Table cooking class instructor; Kimberly Lavine, author of “It’s All About You”; and Natasha Washington, Bistro of Vicksburg restaurant owner.
Attendees will have the opportunity to shop local vendors, eat great BBQ and enjoy wonderful southern food. This is an opportunity for tourists to learn, hear from, taste cusines and experience the local small businesses all while at Vicksburg City Park.
