Don ” Buster” Banks, Jr., 1949-2023

Don “Buster” Banks was born on Oetober 8. 1949 to the late Don Banks Sr. and Martha Lee Brown Banks.

Don accepted Christ at an early age. He was
baptized at Locust Grove M. B. Church under the leadership of Reverend James Williams.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents; Joe Sr. and Indiana Brown. paternal grandparents; Allen and Rosetta Banks, sister; Margaret Banks Harris, brothers; Eddie Brown Sr.Frederick Banks and Paul Banks.

He leaves to cherish his memories: son: Don Banks IL, daughters; Angelia Banks, Latoska Hull, Terri Thomas, and Nita Caldwell from Enterprise Alabama, sister; Donzie Harris, brothers; Sandy Loud, Henry Banks Sr., Ray Banks Sr., and Wallace Banks Sr., his caretaker/niece Deborah Harris and a host of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Don Banks, Jr on October 28, 2023, 2:00 P M at Mt. Zion #1 M. B. Church, 920 Fifth North St, Vicksburg, MS.

Visitation will be held at C J Williams Mortuary Services, 4310 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS on October 27, 2023, 1 – 6 P M with family being present from 5 –  PM.
