Elliot Duffy Named MACCC Men’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week

JACKSON, Miss. – Elliot Duffy of the Hinds Community College Men’s Soccer team has been named the Men’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week in the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) on Tuesday. 

Duffy had another fantastic performance in goal for Hinds in both matches this week. Elliot started the week with a draw with #7 ranked Pearl River CC and only allowed two goals that contest. The Bedford, England native concluded the week with a 3-0 shutout over Itawamba CC.

Elliot Duffy and the rest of the Eagles will return to action tonight on the road against East Central CC in Decatur for the regular season finale. Kickoff is set for 7 PM.
