VICKSBURG, Miss. — The family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved mother, Emma Lee Marshall, who passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025, at the age of 80.

A lifelong resident of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Emma Lee was a woman of strength, grace, and quiet faith. She was a proud graduate of Redwood High School, and a longtime member of Northside Baptist Church, where she especially loved playing the piano and sharing her faith through music.

Emma Lee was a devoted wife and mother. Her family meant the world to her, and nothing brought her more pride and joy than being a mother. She poured her heart into raising her children with love, patience, and unwavering support, and her greatest happiness came from their closeness and time spent together.

She especially loved playing the piano at her church, where her music brought comfort and joy to many. She had a deep love for animals and found great happiness riding her horses and spending time outdoors. She also enjoyed gardening and took pride in raising a beautiful garden each year.

She enjoyed a fulfilling career in insurance and took pride in selling Beauty Control cosmetics, where she helped others feel confident and cared for.

Emma Lee’s warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. Though she will be deeply missed, her love and legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her.
