Flashes crushed MSD 87-24 on Thursday

St. Aloysius boys’ basketball team crushed the Mississippi School of Deaf 87-24 on Thursday night.

The Flashes quickly took a 31-3 lead in the first quarter after shots made from Tre Lee, Laken Bradley, Walker Lambiotte, Carter Henderson, Sadler Lambiotte, Anthony McCloud and Korey Sims. By halftime St. Al was up 59-13 after 3-pointers from Sims and Carson Gleese.

The second half consisted on the Flashes staying on top as Bradley knocked down a 3-pointer and Gleese getting on the board multiple times.

Sims led the Flashes with 19 points and Gleese added 18. McCloud finished with 13 points and Lee scored eight while Bradley put up seven. Walker and Sadler Lambiotte both had six points while Ryan Sykes, Mason Harris anad Henderson all had four points.

The Flashes will travel to play Riverfield on Friday.

Warren Central boys:

The Vikings took a 61-45 loss to Brandon. Gaylon Turner finished with 16 points and Robert Williams added 10. Jonathan Henderson scored eight points while Anaias Thompson grabbed 12 rebounds to go with his four points. Daniel Brown ended the night with four points.
