Lady Vikes shutout Murrah 7-0

Warren Central High School girls’ soccer team improved to 6-1 on the season after defeating Murrah 7-0 on Thursday.

Jordan Polk and Allie Mason both scored two goals each while Rachel Opperman, Gloria Hall and Brooke Steed each had one. Polk and Opperman had one assist whileLaney Bull and Hall each had two.

The Lady Vikes will host Florence on Saturday with the junior varsity starring at 9 a.m. and varsity at 10:30 a.m.

WC Boys:

WC took a 3-1 loss to Murrah where Tyler Godshaw had the lone goal for the Vikings. Colby Solomon grabbed five saves in the loss.
