Governor’s Job Fair set for April 29 at Mississippi Trade Mart

JACKSON, Miss. (VDN) — The Governor’s Job Fair, part of the Mississippi Department of Employment Security’s Job Fair Network, will be held Tuesday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mississippi Trade Mart, located at 1200 Mississippi St. in Jackson.

Job seekers are encouraged to pre-register at jobfairs.ms.gov to streamline check-in on the day of the event. Attendees are asked to dress professionally, bring plenty of resumes, and be prepared for on-site interviews.

The fair aims to connect qualified candidates with employers from a wide range of industries across Mississippi. Representatives from dozens of companies are expected to be on hand, with many offering same-day interviews and potential job offers.
