Lady Storm AAU Team Hosting Car Wash Fundraiser

VICKSBURG, Miss.(VDN) – The Lady Storm AAU basketball team will host a car wash fundraiser on Sunday, June 29, to support their upcoming national tournament trips.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at AutoZone on Clay Street. Car washes will cost $10 for cars and $15 for trucks. Donations will also be accepted.

Funds raised will help cover travel expenses for the team’s fifth-grade squad, which is heading to Atlanta for nationals, and the high school team, which will compete in Kentucky.

The Lady Storm is coached by DeAndre King.
