Lynch commits to the University of South Alabama

Vicksburg, Miss.-Warren Central High School football player Maddox Lynch has de-committed from the University of Central Arkansas and has now committed to the University of South Alabama.

Lynch made the announcement on Monday over Facebook where he confirmed his decision.

“After lots of thought and prayers I have made the decision to decommit from the University of Central Arkansas and commit to the University of South Alabama,” Maddox posted.

Lynch recently helped WC to a North State Championship appearance in 2024 where he had 459 receiving yards, 42 receptions, and three touchdowns on the year. He also became WC’s All-Time reception and receiving yards leader with 105 receptions and 1,358 receiving yards.

VDN will catch up with Lynch on his initial signing day.
