Mississippi man charged with the murder of his uncle

A Bay St. Louis man has been charged in connection with his uncle’s death.

25-year-old Devin Schwartz allegedly shot and killed 61-year-old Marvin Schwartz in the Ansley community last week. Schwartz reportedly shot 8 to 12 rounds into his uncle’s home from outside the house.

Devin was the one who made the initial 911 call to report that he had shot someone. He has now been charged with first-degree murder and he is being held without bond at the Hancock County Jail .
