One shot at the New Main Apartments
One person was shot on Monday at the New Main Apartments on Alcorn Drive.
Dispatch received a call at around 4:48 p.m., indicating that one person was shot in the leg. The injury does not appear to be life-threatening at this time. An occupied vehicle was also struck by a bullet and a witness spoke about the experience.
The Vicksburg Police Department is on the scene along with first responders from the Vicksburg Fire Department.
