Perkins leads VHS to a win over McLaurin

Vicksburg, Miss.-Vicksburg High Boys’ basketball team evens out their regular season with an 11-11 record after defeating McLaurin 73-54 on Monday. 

Javeion Perkins scored a career-high of 30 points while Marlyn Foy added 10 points on the board. Kris Washington knocked down three 3-pointers to finish with nine points while Jaquez Jones, Jaylen Stewart, and Jaquez Marshall all scored four points each. Mincer Minor IV ended things with two points.

The Gators will travel to play Neshoba Central on Friday.
