Reindeer Run Presents Check for Paws Rescue

VICKSBURG, Miss. – Organizers of the Reindeer Run 5K presented a check for $35,346.07 to Paws Rescue at the Mulberry today.

The event, now in it’s sixth year, has raised $175,000 in total for the all-volunteer 501(c)3 no-kill animal rescue group located in Vicksburg. The organization celebrated 20 years in the community last year.

“We would like to thank all of our amazing sponsors. 100% of every dollar donated by our sponsors goes directly to Paws Rescue,” said Debbie Haworth Peacock. “Over the last 6 years, we have raised $175,000 for Paws Rescue.”

The date for this year’s Reindeer Run is December 6, 2025.
