Sandra Faye Ellis: 1960-2025

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, Miss. — Sandra Faye Ellis of Crystal Springs was born April 24, 1960. She passed away July 28, 2025 at her home surrounded by family. She was 65.

She was preceded in death by her son, Shane Allen Walker; her mother, Ruby Louise Cockrell; her brothers, Gary Reidienger and Thomas Glen Cockrell; her sisters, Louise Reidienger, Maddie (Jeanie) Reidienger, and Mary Katherine Harmon; and a grandson, Robin Shane Walker.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Tommy Ellis; her children, Glenda Luke (Brian), Penny Nelson, Amanda Brown, LaDonna McCain (Jeremy), Willie Ellis, Jason Ellis, Jamie Ellis; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held August 9, 2025, at Wayside Baptist Church from 1 until 3 p.m.
