SCHF to host a line dance party May 30

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Get ready to kick up your heels at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center Saturday May 30, for a monthly line dance party.

The event will be held in the SCHC Auditorium, at the corner of Crawford and Cherry Streets where you can dance the night away.

The party is geared for everyone whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just learning the steps, the event is the perfect place to move, groove, and have fun with friends. There will be a wide variety of line dances including all styles such as country, soul, and pop. There will even be a few mixers. So everyone is welcome on the dance floor.

There is scheduled a dance tutorial from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. and the party begins immediately after lasting from 7p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The cost is $10 per person. There will be a cash bar and concessions available. If you would like to reserve pizza for dinner, please call ahead at 601-631-2997.
