UPDATE: MDOC Inmate Who Escaped In Meridian Captured In Texas
MDOC inmate, Ryan Young, was arrested in Port Arthur Texas Monday morning, according to the Point Coupee Sheriff’s Department.
He was being transported for court when he escaped. He also escaped from custody in 2017.
