Vicksburg High Band names 2026-27 section leaders

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Vicksburg High School band has named its section leaders for the 2026-27 school year.

The list was released over the weekend and includes multiple student leaders across each section of the program.

Section leaders:

Flute: Briana Hoye
Clarinet: Amorri Alexander, Destinee McCoy
Saxophone/Tenor Sax: LaMarcus Igbokwe, Damarcus Neal
Trumpet: Gavin Ferguson
Mellophone: Falynn Hunter
Baritone/Trombone: Jashawn Porter, Willie King
Tuba: AnJanee Bennett, Cameron Anderson
Percussion: Braylon Hoye (head), Michael Purdy, Madyson Brown, Ayden Brown, Gabriel Patrick
Drum major: Aniyah Kelly
